Yes, due to the amount of time required for effective treatment, an appointment must be made in advance. Likewise, we ask that you give our office a minimum of 24 hours' notice when rescheduling/canceling an appointment. Our office reserves the right to charge a full fee if inadequate notice is given.

Our preferred payment is a check or cash. However, we also accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
We do not take any insurance. As a physician practice, treatments are reimbursable with proper paperwork submitted by the patient, for those who have out-of-network doctor benefits or flex funds. We strongly suggest that you contact your insurance company regarding out-of-network benefits, the need for primary physician referrals, and any other pertinent questions prior to scheduling your appointment. If you have any questions regarding the information you receive from your insurance company, please do call us.
We are a provider-non-participator with Medicare. That means that payment is still expected at the time of treatment, but the office will submit your Medicare bill for reimbursement for you.
With respect to Gregory's practice, as a non-physician provider, these services are not able to be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. All fees are paid at the time of service.
